Jaci was great. Receptionist was excellent. Electrical issue at this location, with electrical equipment. Started a machine and it lost power. 9 months ago I couldn’t get the service I wanted because a warming machine malfunction, this time had to restart a machine several times before equipment worked. I believe it’s a wiring issue not the equipment. They have known about this issue for months and still not fixed. I have concerns of a fire issue. Horrible feeling to think someone may get hurt.

Heather was amazing! She took the time to listen to my needs and worked on the areas that needed the most attention. If I lived in the area, I would scheduled Heather 1-2 times a month!! Hope she gets recognized!

The reception staff was very courteous and made sure I had access to everything I needed. The therapist paid attention to detail—and double checked a typo in my medical history and corrected it after the session.

I appreciated the friendliness of the massage therapist. He worked on my primary area thoroughly. He applied just the right amount of pressure.
