Devona was very personable and attentive. She did a great job during my facial.

I was happy with almost everything. The only problem I had was hearing the receptionist. She spoke very soft and with a mask on I had to ask her to repeat herself at least 4 times, and I still didn't catch everything she said.

I've been fortunate to have the same wonderful massage therapist for a year or more. She knows where the problem areas are and I get a chance to thoroughly relax. It gives me energy to return home to my care-taking duties.

I enjoyed the massage, it was my first massage. My shoulder and neck have been tight and been causing me pain. The massage helped to loosen up the muscle group that is causing me discomfort. It feels better than before, and I hope it continues to improve.

Several employees came in and were not wearing a mask...including the manager who spoke to me about the forms that were required. Sign on the front door clearly stated that requirement. The receptionist does wear hers all the time...not a good example by mgmt!

Hand and Stone is always relaxing with a very chill environment. The therapist really hit the spots I needed worked. The overall whole experience was very relaxing.

Wonderful staff. Summer, Esthetician, was amazing and went above and beyond during my facial. Very friendly and personable.

Therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable. He concentrated on the areas I told him we’re bothering me and made sure I was comfortable.
