I hold a lot of tension in my upper back and my back felt like a whole new back after this session. She did an amazing job at focusing on the shoulders. I personally prefer less talking during my massage and more zen/relaxation but the therapist was very friendly, just talkative.

My therapist and I'm sorry I don't recall her name was well versed in my shoulder/neck needs. Overall gave a great massage experience.
