Lauren is great at her job. She is very personable, but understands that quiet, no talking environment is essential to a relaxing facial. Lauren is my “go to gal” for facials!

I felt very appreciated by staff members. I called to see if o can be fit in for a day . However they were fully booked . 1 hour later a staff member called me stating there was a cancellation. She wanted to know if I would like to come in . Gladly I accepted!!!. That was very nice and thoughtful for staff to reach out to me .

The receptionist is friendly and knowledgeable. She goes out of her way to remember names of clients. Robert always makes me feel relaxed and safe. He applies just the right amount of pressure and really works out the aches and pains I might be feeling

Most of my dissatisfaction comes from the rewards system. I pay monthly, make appointments, and barely even get the lowest reward. For a whole year might I add. Unless I’m buying enhancements every time and making purchases I don’t have a chance of even making it to a free service.
