I was very pleased with my experience! I had never been to this location, but it was clean, professional, and relaxing. My massage therapist was so kind and knowledgeable! It was exactly what I was hoping for.

Front desk staff always pleasant and friendly. My massage therapist is very quiet and thorough. I do not feel pressure to upgrade.

The esthetician was very thorough in explaining each product used and why. She gave me clear instructions on the use of these products for my skin care.

My most recent trip was very nice. The receptionist and Lynne were great. I only had an issue when I was trying to schedule this appointment. I had an appointment set for a date in October. I made the appointment over the phone. I confirmed the appointment via text and received a confirmation email the day before I was supposed to go in. On the day of the appointment, I received a message that my appointment time had changed. I called to ask why and wasn’t really given a clear answer other than it was weird that the system changed my appointment. Unfortunately I had to reschedule the appointment since the new time wouldn’t work for me. I was a little bummed because I had to reschedule for almost a month later due to my work schedule and my son’s daycare schedule. Overall, it wasn’t a huge deal. It was just a bit of an inconvenience.
