I was introduced to H&S by a cousin in FL. I purchased a membership there. To be honest, my 1st appointment at the Upper St Clair location did not go well. I did not like the therapist. However, I was given Scott on my 2nd appt. He listened to me about the shoulder problem and over the next several appointments he worked on it in several different ways. He has made a world of difference in my range of motion. I simply can't say enough good things about how I appreciate his patience and knowledge.
