The receptionists were very welcoming and my check-in was prompt and efficient. The esthetician listened and responded to my skincare concerns. And, I really appreciated how she explained the products she used each step of the way.

I wish there was a way to choose the music in the room, at times it can be very distracting instead of relaxing.

My Therapist was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He understood my concerns and also told me It was not recommended that I use a service with the hot stones because of health concerns. The staff was welcoming and made we feel welcome from start to finish.
