Motel 6 Morro Bay #4

Motel 6 saved our Christmas vacation.

Disappointed there wasn't a hairdryer, fridge, or coffee maker in the room. These are pretty standard items nowadays...even in dumps, which this hotel was not. My biggest complaint would be, our smoke detector started beeping in the middle of our second night there. I informed the front desk the next morning. When we returned to our room that night, it was still beeping. I was asked if we could just deal with it since we were checking out the next morning. I said we could not, it had kept us up the night before, so they gave us another room. Seems to me it would have been easier to just go in and change the battery...
