I am very familiar with what a good Facial/Cleanse is, I have visited many Spa's in many different countries, and it has been a 'Hit or Miss' experience, mostly Miss! Ray, although very young, proved herself to be really professional, experienced and knowledgeable! Due to the restrictions of the Covid Pandemic I have not had a facial for a long time and my skin has suffered, today my skin feels and looks great! Thank you Ray! I will definitely be returning before the end of the month and hopefully every month thereafter!

I was highly satisfied because Julianna my massage therapist for the day, was attentive to my needs and made sure I was taken care of very well for my massage experience. She pinpointed the focus work that I needed to keep in mind for my next visit and made sure I understood everything she said when she was explaining the "knots" in my back because of stress. I was happy to have found her because I can tell she loves what she does and is happy to communicate that! The front desk was very friendly and happy to help me with booking my next appointment and even sold me a membership! I didn't really pay attention to getting a membership, but I'm glad I did. They also counseled me on hydrating (so did Julianna) as well as aftercare for the next few days. As soon as my appointment ended and I drove home, I felt amazing! I had never had a massage before and I decided I needed more of this. I was nearly stress free, I was calm and xould manage my day a lot better. I didn't feel any unbearable tension or anything in my back. I was and still am happy! I'm awaiting my next appointment! Thank you

The staff is always amazing. David is awesome and very personable and knowledgeable. Hand and Stone helps me to take care of myself and for that is invaluable.

The massage therapist is great. He knows how to apply pressure where needed and is so nice. He takes the time to get to know you but doesnt talk to much
