Everything was very clean. It was very easy to book an appointment. As soon as I walked in I was attended right away and everyone was very nice.

Courtney was fantastic! She had a gentle, but competent, touch; was pleasant and easy to talk with; she truly seemed to love her job. I left feeling so much better than when I’d arrived. Rebooked with her for another appointment later this month.

The massage therapist is great at her skill

I really enjoyed my massage I had a hot stone massage my only complaint with me it’s very pricey and the add-ons can get expensive I think if you remember you should get better deals in order to be able to keep scene and getting service

From the minute we walked in, I felt super comfortable at Hand and Stone. Charmaine was so friendly and patient, she definitely made my first spa appointment ever a great experience both pre- and post-treatment. Courtney is lovely, and she definitely worked some wonders during my facial because I’ve been getting compliments even since! David was also very patient and made my first massage a very calming experience. So glad I have a membership – I will be back soon!

Receptionist was excellent and very friendly when I checked in. Luisa is amazing but going out on maternity leave so I hope I find someone that I like as well until she’s back.
