My massage therapist was very friendly and professional, however I asked for a deep tissue massage and the pressure was not as hard as I would have liked. I do require very hard pressure to relieve my chronic back pain which is hard for me to find with most massage therapists. My massage was relaxing but I felt only very minimal pain relief when my massage was done. I will still continue my membership because I enjoy going here for the ambiance and my monthly self care treatments but I will continue my search for another massage therapist.

The esthetician was great. The receptionist was super friendly ans helpful. Felt as if all the employees were there to provide excellent service to the customers.

As a former member of Hand & Stone (Pre-COVID), it was astonishing to see the changes made to the online experience and the bevy of available estheticians and massage therapists with a wider range of specialties (deep tissue especially). The reenrollment process was no more than a minute or two. As if the spa could get any cleaner, they manage to meet and exceed my expectations given the current circumstances. This more than justifies the $10 increase in monthly membership fees. This is a great place filled with kind and knowledgeable individuals and I couldn't recommend Hand & Stone more.
