The esthetician was great. The receptionist was super friendly ans helpful. Felt as if all the employees were there to provide excellent service to the customers.

Absolutely loved my massage therapists technique. She did a great job. She focused on the areas that I asked her to.

As a former member of Hand & Stone (Pre-COVID), it was astonishing to see the changes made to the online experience and the bevy of available estheticians and massage therapists with a wider range of specialties (deep tissue especially). The reenrollment process was no more than a minute or two. As if the spa could get any cleaner, they manage to meet and exceed my expectations given the current circumstances. This more than justifies the $10 increase in monthly membership fees. This is a great place filled with kind and knowledgeable individuals and I couldn't recommend Hand & Stone more.

India is an amazing receptionist, welcoming, friendly, great vibs. I love the cleanness of the salon and room. Only wish that the light in rooms would have more relaxing and would be more times available to match my busy schedule
