I have been going for over a year now. I will only go to Tracey. She does an EXCELLENT job. I have tried three other estheticians and would not return if they were the ones providing the service. Tracey is highly qualified, gives lots of ideas and advice, and her extractions are wonderful (doesn't hurt!!)

Front desk reception was professional and friendly. Jailene is fantastic and has magical hands ...knows her craft! Danielle great hands! LOVE LOVE this place. I have a membership and i gave my sister one too!

Personnel who conducted the facial was great. Very friendly & professional . There were 2 things that were not great. First, there was only 1 person at the front desk and she was on the phone booking an appointment when I arrived. I sat down and waited several minutes until a second person arrived and greeted me & checked me in. The other negative element is the location of this facility. It shares a wall with a fitness studio and the loud music from next door could be heard through the wall during my facial. It was very annoying to hear loud rock music while trying to relax and enjoy the facial.

I have been going to Tracy every 5 weeks for over a year now. I have noticed a difference in my skin and I have had friends ask me who is giving me my facials. Tracy is very knowledgeable about the products and what my skin needs. I enjoy visiting with her.
