Front desk reception was professional and friendly. Jailene is fantastic and has magical hands ...knows her craft! Danielle great hands! LOVE LOVE this place. I have a membership and i gave my sister one too!

Personnel who conducted the facial was great. Very friendly & professional . There were 2 things that were not great. First, there was only 1 person at the front desk and she was on the phone booking an appointment when I arrived. I sat down and waited several minutes until a second person arrived and greeted me & checked me in. The other negative element is the location of this facility. It shares a wall with a fitness studio and the loud music from next door could be heard through the wall during my facial. It was very annoying to hear loud rock music while trying to relax and enjoy the facial.

I have been going to Tracy every 5 weeks for over a year now. I have noticed a difference in my skin and I have had friends ask me who is giving me my facials. Tracy is very knowledgeable about the products and what my skin needs. I enjoy visiting with her.

All of my appointments have been wonderful. The therapists are skilled, friendly ans always leave me feeling relaxed.

Danielle is always attentive. I was saddened when my primary masseuse, Nicole, left, but I am pleased with Danielle, who has become my preferred masseuse.

Jessie was very attentive to the areas that had been bothering me. Jessie provided some techniques that would be beneficial to my trouble areas. Jessie was very knowledgeable about massage therapy and it showed. I will see Jessie again.

Massage therapist in a great job. Receptionist were very welcoming and nice. I appreciated the Ambiance of the dark room during her massage.
