Every person was so nice and made me feel very welcome. I was well taken care of and enjoyed my spa experience. Tracy was amazing, I look forward to booking another facial with her! Emma was wonderful and made me feel so relaxed I feel asleep. The entire experience was truly tranquil. Thank you all for making my spa day memorable.

Top notch facility.

Danielle was very friendly and accommodating, this was my first visit with her, I had asked to be with Anthony, however due to a personal injury he couldn't keep my appointment. I explained where my issues in my back were and Danielle was very attentive and knowledgeable. Her method of massage is firm, no getting away from an alternative description, the girl is firm! Some areas on my back I just couldn't take it but in the main I could, she just eased off when I mentioned it. If you are wanting a relaxing massage Danielle is not for you, if on the other hand you do struggle with muscle pain, stiffness etc, then this is the lady to work out those knots.

Not enough evening appointments

The staff is always welcoming and I've been going to Jeremy for years. He does great working on my trouble areas.

The massage therapist is very good at what she does. She’s skilled and intuitive to the aches and pains of my body. She responds very well to my requests of attention to sore muscles.

Knowledgeable therapist, understands my problem areas and uses the time to concentrate on those areas. Friendly staff and therapist doesn’t talk during the massage unless you start the conversation.

I love the receptionists. I love Jeremy my masseuse. I love the products you sell.

I have been a member since the Brentwood location had opened last year. I have my massage with Emma only now because she is very respectful, great at what she does, and is very personable. She does not treat me as just a customer but as a person and asks questions to assist me on obtaining relaxation and the uses of different massages that will help with chronic pain and stress.
