Knowledgeable therapist, understands my problem areas and uses the time to concentrate on those areas. Friendly staff and therapist doesn’t talk during the massage unless you start the conversation.

I have been a member since the Brentwood location had opened last year. I have my massage with Emma only now because she is very respectful, great at what she does, and is very personable. She does not treat me as just a customer but as a person and asks questions to assist me on obtaining relaxation and the uses of different massages that will help with chronic pain and stress.

The location is very convenient. I absolutely love my massage therapist. She is knowledgable, always asks how i have been since i last saw her and uses an excellent amount of pressure. She is always amiable and focuses on whatever i ask her to work on. I dropped my previous massage company because they were constantly cancelling my appointments and were not offering me openings with the therapist that i requested so i dropped them. I have not had that type of experience at Hand and Stone.

I LOVE esthetician Traci...she takes great care of my sensitive skin. My masseuse is also fantastic and knows my body!

Very professional, very friendly, awesome massage. The therapist always made sure everything was OK. The receptionist answered all my questions and was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lily explained each step in the facial process and what she saw as potential problem areas. She explained what products would help to keep my skin youthful and other measures ie drinking lots of water, sunscreen that would also help.

Kiki was friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing and why, explained what each particular product did and how it would benefit my skin.
