Wonderful experience; feel good and relax

I was able to book both a facial and massage back to back for a true "spa day" experience. My masseuse had 7 years experience and I could tell. He did a great job. My eshetician had 20 years experience and gave me one of the best facials I've ever had.

Emma was amazing. Her level of service really made my visit very relaxed and enjoyable. She knew exactly the areas to tend to. I will definitely be back to see her next month as well as my husband.

The massage therapist could have been more systematic with the massage. She changed from one body part to another. Perhaps giving a more lengthy summary of what to expect would be helpful. It was my first time though! Overall satisfied and a good massage.

My facial treatment is just alright. I expected more.

The therapist did not work on my feet; however she did a great job overall.

Call center and your branch have conflicting information

I have never been sore afterwards before. But maybe didn't have knots before? Usually I left feeling relaxed

Prices too high without introductory offer. Therapist never concentrate on the problem areas they ask me about before the massage

I was told I had points that I could redeem on BOTH services (facial and massage). So I did. However, I didn’t have enough points so I had to pay the difference out of pocket.
