I was satisfied with all the services. Amy was wonderful and really did a great job on my face. I just used to a different technique in a facial. I will try you again.

I am not Highly Satisfied because there have been times I tried to book a two hour appointment, and was always canceled. I was told some of the massage therapist are able to do two hours, and still have not gotten this chance. I was also surprised to find out about the reward points bc no one told me about it when I signed up.

Not quite sure which part this is in reference to, but I love the experience when I visit. Just wish the price was a little less expensive, I would come more then once a month is it was a little less expensive.

Overall experience went well. The massage room smelled a little musty and may benefit from aromatic diffuser. At $90/50 minutes, time spent with actual massage should correspond. Should not include prep time for tech.

Was not able to have an appointment with my usual Technician, (not her fault, had a medical problem), but wished to continue my monthly facial as have dry skin. The facial was well done, but not to the degree of my usual/previous facials.

Too much pressure- bruised after massage. Got talked into CBD oil which made me feel strange

The main issue is that we booked appointments a month ahead and then we asked to reschedule them later.

I feel if I'm paying more money for additional services, they should not be included in the same time frame as the original service. There should be more time added on for the additional services. Also, I paid $15.00 for a scalp massage and while she did a great job, she only massaged my scalp for less than 5 minutes. Not worth the extra money. And, I wanted to combine the essential oils of lavender and eucalyptus, but I was told I would have to pay double if I wanted to combine them. Not good business. It's only a few drops. To be highly satisfied, you need to provide excellent service.

I was highly satisfied with my visit. It was highly satisfying. Again, I was highly satisfied with the visit I had yesterday afternoon at 12 pm pacific standard time.
