Hand and Stone

My boyfriend was only charged $100 for his membership and I was charged $200..I ONLY want to pay the $100!!!!

My therapist talked a lot and the music is always too quiet. I also wish the facility has a relaxation room and/or hot tub/spa sauna that we could relax at longer than our 50 min service.

Everything was great except for the fact that the computer froze when I was making a payment for the services received and purchasing two gift cards. In the end after waiting for a long time, I told the receptionist to send me the receipt by mail.

The aesthetician noticed that she missed a spot on my face.

I thought the prices for massage were VERY high, I only booked my appointment for the $90 initial visit price, because of that I won't regularly go to Hand and Stone for massage. My massage therapist was AMAZING, he was very friendly, listened to my preferences, and made it extremely relaxing, even down to his voice during the massage when asking about the pressure, etc. He is a great masseuse. The receptionist was nice. I wasn't interested in any products. Overall it is a nice place but again, it's a little too pricey for me. I am used to paying $120 for a 90 minute massage.

The cost of the treatment did not match what I received. The treatment was basic and not worth almost $200. The aesthetician was wonderful and so very welcoming. Dermagogica is a great brand and the only reason I came to hand and stone, but I will not be returning for this treatment again.

Massage therapist and receptionist were nice and place was clean and comfortable and nice however therapist did not seem experienced to me and I felt it was as a waste of my $120 on Mother’s Day.

Employee was friendly, but massage was mediocre. She did not check throughout the process if everything was OK. Also, the fan in the room is pointed straight at my face and made the experience a little uncomfortable. Massage started about five minutes late and finished 10 minutes early.

This is my second time going to Hand & Stone for a full body massage. Other than the few reasons I’ve already given, I plan on returning the next time my body needs some T.L.C

I expected to be given the option to choose an aromatherapy scented oil for my massage and for the room
