I fine the cost is rising and at some point with fix income I will not be able to get massages. I would like to share my membership also with my kids or husband. I am unable to do that.

It was not disclosed that I would be changed extra for my skin type.

I felt the quality of the massage did not match the insane price.

I have had many facials over the years. All facials usually include a massage while the mask is on and I’ve NEVER paid 240 dollars for a facial!! I was blown away at the cost for what ended up being such a basic facial. I got talked into an upgrade thinking I would get something special and there was definitely nothing special about it. The facial was only 45 minutes long instead of an hour .

I would like to learn more about the rewards and points system. At one point I thought I remember getting points if we booked online but I was told I can’t book online with my specific therapist. So how else do I earn points? I always just book 3 massages in advance, a month apart.

Too pricey. 89 a month should be the price subtracted from the exclusive services. Just a thought. However I will return. Love the Hydra facial

I wanted a deeper massage. I feel like it was mainly applying lotion. I think I need a different type of massage to get my knots and pain out.

maybe i expected more in the massage area, maybe some therapeutic aroma during massage. soothing music to relax i music was I think its a bit too loud for the environment.

I arrived early to my appointment to leave time to fill out paperwork. I finished my paperwork on time, but my massage therapist was finishing up with her previous client. We did not begin my appointment on time and finished a little early.
