I was unhappy that the retail cost of the sunscreen I bought was $54.00. I was unhappy that the cost of the treatment with the red light wasn't told to me at $50.00

Membership cost too high plus I don’t like having to join a membership to obtain points and discounts. I would more likely come back and be a return customer if I didn’t have to join membership and have to pay such a high cost for it.

Micheaux has a welcoming demeanor. Completely trusted my problem areas to his hands.

Staff and massage was great. Only downside is I was informed that my massage and Himalayan salt and essential oil upgrade would be covered by my 2 credits. Still ended up paying $45 extra on top. Previous visit with same upgrades only cost me 2 credits, no out of pocket cost then.

There's always room for improvement. I was hoping for a firmer massage, and asked for it while in treatment, she was not able to provide that. However, I was satisfied enough to become a member and will use other thereapists.

I felt pressured to start a monthly plan. I am not financially able to do that

Massage oil smells like cooking oil. Clients shouldn’t have to pay extra for the oil to smell good. The membership should include a full 60 min massages instead of 45 mins (10 mins for dress/undress and explaining treatment). It takes a full hour to do a good massage on the full body. My massages in the past have been 1-hour. The extra 15 mins could be used for more attention on arms/legs.

my therapist was out sick. This therapist used a different style of massage and it wasn't the best.

*My reception upon entering was "indifferent" with no smile and a "how can I help you" after I said my name. *I noticed the floor in the reception and bathroom had not been swept. (8:30am) *This was my third time there, and only the first time was I given slippers and a robe. This is necessary especially when going from one treatment to another so that the client does not have to dress and undress. *I absolutely LOVED my massage and facial. The two ladies were EXCELLENT! *The esthetician did not wear a mask even though requested.
