I am satisfied but my daughter has to transport me to all appts and this was not in a close enough to where she lives.

Service was excellent with Julius! The only qualm I have is with the price increase and the shortened massage time. When I first joined times were longer and prices were more reasonable.

With how much the treatment was i would of expected more ambiance of the room and a more professional massage with techniques that are worth the pricing. Pressure was great and i left feeling relaxed but adding grounding to beginning of the massage and a better technique of using hot towels and those Himalayan stones would have made it memorable. Other than that I enjoyed it.

I was very highly satisfied. My massage was wonderful, and the therapist was very knowledgeable.

I was hoping for more facial cleansing and black heads removal. Price is too high for just a simple facial massage and cream application. I hope I can get a recleansing facial for free since the 1st visit was not that satisfying.

Avoiding the receptionist , maybe needs more training and what she is supposed to do at first impression at the entrance , not big deal . Overall my esthetician was amazing , knowing what she’s doing thanks Rae amazing

When I have had facial in the past, days afterwards my skin looked different, but it only was different after I left, but not the next day.

When I arrived the staff seemed confused and a bit unorganized at the time. My massage therapist worked on the areas he felt were of importance, but didn’t provide the full body massage. The therapist was able to find areas in my back and that was wonderful until he forgot to massage the other side. For the amount of money spent I could have went to another massage business.
