The online pre-screen page failed multiple times so I couldn't complete it from home. I even tried incognito mode on my browser. My quads weren't massaged, just my hamstrings and backs of the legs.

The last two months I have booked a massage and facial. The masseuse has cancelled both times which happens, but both times they have also cancelled my facial even though I specifically asked them not to cancel it. Last month they asked me to change the time, and I obliged, but then when I arrived they didn’t have the appointment saying that someone online had booked the time. This month the appointment was cancelled but luckily the time was still available. It’s been very frustrating because I really enjoy going every month. They have tried to be accommodating and apologetic but it has happened two times in a row.

I definitely will be coming back and even purchased the membership since I had a great experience! Everything went well however the massage room itself was very plain and the massage table wasn’t warmed prior to my arrival. The massage was good, she focused a lot on the areas I specified were bothering but during my full body massage she did not massage my upper legs at all. In all of the massages I’ve had this was a first. I really appreciated how friendly everyone was from the front desk to my therapist. To me this is just as important if not most important as to deciding if I want to come back or not. Overall I did enjoy coming to this location and definitely will come back. Great experience. Prices have gone up; turn over and availability of appts. When I checked out, the person helping me was not very friendly or experienced and after several attempts to make 2 appts I told her I would do it online. After I scheduled on line I was called with changes - making appts are not easy nor are there enough convenient times.

It was good but not worth the price! $89 which was for first visit and this was supposed to be 50% off. Plus extra $15 for Stone and $30 for CBD? Definitely over priced

As I was checking out the receptionist offered me to be a member, when I declined she asked “what’s holding you back”? I felt that kind of comment was intrusive and flat out rude!! Don’t bully people to become members. I was extremely turned away by that comment. My esthetician Rae was a delight!!!!!

I asked about the membership price increase and why I hadn’t been notified. I was told that some clients were grandfathered in….don’t know what that means and that I was notified by email AND mail that the price would go up…I did NOT receive any information at all. It wasn’t defined how one is “grandfathered” in to special pricing. I’ve been a member for 3+ years

I felt that the membership fee of $200 for enrollment was absurd and not OK in fact the manager told me yeah it’s a fee to offset the costs of what we lose. I was highly satisfied with the service and wanted to become a member and did but was also told I could not return or cancel the membership and get a refund even though I did it 10 minutes before … the cost of the membership is pointless because the $200 makes you pay the same amount you would pay if you just went in
