I paid $50 for the microdermabrasion enhancement to my facial, which I knew I would be charged for. What made me a little bit sad was that other (significant) parts of the traditional facial were skipped. I didn't think the $50 add on charge would mean that the traditional facial would be truncated, since I paid full price for the traditional facial.

The therapist extended her hand for a hand shake and I was uncomfortable with that given COVID. But I didn’t want to be rude. Also the therapist did not wear her mask correctly over her nose when she introduced herself and during the appointment.

I just wish that the massage was a full hour, and didn’t include the dress down & getting dressed again. This service is very expensive and I few just needs more hands on time.

Availability of appts and clear understanding of membership discounts beyond the monthly fee. On-line booking is always followed by a phone call so it’s more trouble than it’s worth.

My therapist was very ‘matter of fact’ almost dropping my hands into the table after working on part of my body. They also kept yawning the whole time through my treatment and spoke so fast that I couldn’t understand their questions and had to have them repeated.

Price was to high and not a good value to have done once a month. Should not have to pay to join a membership. I will look around for better value for long term treatment.

All staff were very friendly. Very relaxing facial treatment and o felt the staffs goal was to make my visit the best it could be.

Juliana (massage therapist) does a great job.

This was the second time I have visited here, my treatment was shorted (by 8 min this time). I added an essential oil scalp treatment... that was a waste of $15.... the short scalp massage was ok, but def not worth extra money. I’m disappointed that I spent $175 for 52 when i could've gone to a nice spa for the same price.

Prices and what you get for points and how they apply them. I referred 4 or people and got very little pts. Maybe a complete free service or more for referring
