Its pricey... and i thought when i was talking to the receptionist or manager she said the esthetitian gonna be wearing face shield... but she’s only wearing a mask..

The receptionist over the phones inability to get my name right after spelling it for her 3 times did not set me at ease to book an appointment. Telling me “looks like you’re not in the system,” is not good spa etiquette, considering my bank account that’s drafted monthly says i am in the system.

Massage was good, but way too expensive for the time and the experience. Enhancements are ridiculously priced. Had I not had a member rate, a deep tissue would have cost over $150? C’mon guys.

I was satisfied with my massage but there is always room for improvement. Delano was very knowledgeable and paid attention to my needs and the pressure he used was excellent.

Because everything felt so rushed. Like she was racing for time. Nothing wrong or no issues at all, could just feel an energy of being in a hurry

Booking on the website is extremely horrible. I would like to use my 2 packages one for a massage and a facial but I can’t unless I call.
