My only complaint about my appointment is the fact that my appointment got mixed up and I was brought back at 4:45 for a massage when I was scheduled for a facial. It took her about 10 minutes to get me to the right room. After finally getting settled on the bed it was 5:04 exactly (i remember looking at the clock). My facial was great and I was given some good information about my skin type. My problem is she ended my facial at 5:45. So instead of getting an hour massage like I paid for I only received 40 minutes. I would have spoke up if I would have realized it ended early. Not a total deal breaker for me. Just a little disappointed that I missed out on time because of the staffs mix up.

I booked a facial right after my massage and staff seemed a bit confused. I wasn’t sure quite what the mixup was but it ended up getting resolved. Maybe staff can just communicate better in the future.

Appointments were quite flexible , website is very user friendly. Place is soothing and relaxing and easy access also. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Price is quite affordable too.

New system delayed service. Maybe the staff could be trained more before going live with a new system. The area was a bit crowded with clients waiting to pay.

In my past appointment for a facial it was suggested I try the microdermabrasion and did it all in the same appt. I loved it it was great. I asked again for the microdermabrasion for this appt and was told to book another appt in 2-3 weeks for that. Kind of disappointed in that because I get wanting to have the customer coming back but I will still come back I just didn’t get the service I wanted. I inquired about doing a peel and even adding the back facial and was told those could be done at other appts. So I was disappointed in not being able to add any of the services at this appointment.

I sent an email to book a 90 minute massage on Thursday 10/1/2020 & I received a call from the receptionist back & she put me down for the longer massage on 10/5/2020. My massage therapist Danielle was excellent , but she stopped after 55 minutes. I told her I scheduled the 90 minute massage and she verified it was only the 1 hour massage. When I checked out I told the receptionist and all she said was she was sorry . You can see my original email sent to your website stating I wanted your 90 minute massage (which you don’t do 90 it’s actually an 80 minute massage. I enjoyed my massage but i did not receive the original massage that I scheduled for. It was not a great experience for me for that reason.

The questionnaire asks what parts you would like to emphasize. I asked if the questions were read before my massage, he answered:yes. Pressure seemed to vary, on the lighter side.

It would be great if you could get a better online booking system. One that works well with a smartphone.

Appointment ran late they were very busy, I did not get in the room until 15 plus mins after my appointment start time. It ended a couple mins before an hour past.

Didn’t seem to well experienced in procedure,didn’t get what I expected for a full body massage, spent to much time on my back areas, front of legs received nothing.
