Felt facial was overpriced and will never schedule again and I noted products are sold, but no recommendations for the area I identified needed attention.

My appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before my appointment time. Was really looking forward to it. I confirmed my appt an hour beforehand but was cancelled 30 minutes before scheduled time. Some kind of incentive should be offered or add on for my next visit for the inconvenience since I took the time to get off early workso I can make it on time to my appointment.

Price is a little high. I would prefer to have the room darker. Also would like something to cover my eyes when lying on my back.

The extractions were painful and only focused on my nose (and 2-3 on my chin). 30 mins after the appointment my skin felt almost dry. I don’t know if it’s the fault of Kiana or the state that my skin was in and my unrealistic expectations.

Most of the experience was great and nothing can make it highly satisfied. The highly satisfied ranking would only come from me if something exceptional happened during my visit.

I have had my appointments cancelled 3 times over the last few months. I can never get an appointment when I need one. It’s almost like they don’t have enough staff. I prefer a 90minute and they never have 90 min available. I just had a baby and when I was having my prenatal massages... the times available for those were very sparse. That is something that I really wanted to take advantage of during my pregnancy. But, the availability made it very difficult. Every therapist I’ve had has been great. The staff is super friendly. It’s annoying that in the wait room all you hear is the next doors work out class very loud.

The cost of massage and then tipping regularly is becoming very expensive. Every time I go in it’s just under $90 when that’s no different than going to a spa in Napa.

The value of the massage is not good. An hour should be an hour of massage. The therapist I now see is more thorough and attentive. Doesn’t nickel and dime me for everything.

I paid extra To get the wax hand therapy, which was wonderful- but the time it took to apply the wax and take it off- cut into my 50 minute massage- so I feel like I got short changed.

Receptionist friendly but her hygiene (teeth) was not well kept, which makes me question sanitation. Waited about 14 minutes passed my appt. but therapist did complete full treatment.
