It was great my massage went well lower back pain but she explained what to do at home which helped , now my facial I added on three thing only got two of them and felt pressured into more add on once in the room which made me feel I comfortable about saying no also I did not really get a cleanse before my add ins began so it was ok but not my usual feeing I get when I come in I usually have An amazing person that does my facials

I received the peppermint scalp massage and he put the oil on my face which left me with a reaction

It started last week when my appointment was canceled. I understand things happen but it’s frustrating. I rescheduled the appointment and within the hour the second appointment was canceled. I don’t recall an “I’m sorry”. Finally, I had an appointment which I thought was for 80 min was only 60. I understand mistakes happen I just wish someone said I’m sorry.

The owner of the building allowed a kick boxing studio next door. It's taking a little while to put up sound canceling on the walls in order to enjoy the experience

Highly satisfied would mean discounts, free products/services, etc. Other than that, the service and people are great and that's why I continue to go and pay for my membership.

Place was neat and clean. Staff was receptive to my needs. Friendly and relaxing environment.

My cc on file expired. No big deal. My husband called and made past payment & set up an appt for me. When I arrived the receptionist was short, and stated, she needed to discuss some things with me regarding my account. I told her that it was taken care of a few days prior & cc updated. She then said the person who did it didn't finish changing the info or something so she didn't know.

Not my usual therapist. She wasted time massaging scalp & feet when I declined. Did work on knots as requested

Mei is skilled but doesn’t seem comfortable in engaging. I I initiated conversation because I find that I could possibly learn something but she answers the question and that’s all. It’s fine but just not enough to keep me interested.
