I was satisfied

I have been very happy with Emma for all the visits I have had with her. Highly satisfied with Emma. There was no one thing with this visit that had anything to do with my ending my membership. I am moving away temporarily and am not sure of the duration although it will be longer than six months.

I prefer Jeremy as a therapist he is the best he was out today so they told me Danielle was available so I decided to try her out. Her massage techniques were not relaxing and her massage did not address my concerns. I will continue to go back but will stick to Jeremy he is good at what he does and I always feel relaxed after his massage.

The only thing I was unhappy about was the fact I could hear clearly the kickboxing instructor next store. I wanted a more relaxed environment. Even with the soothing sounds it wasn’t enough. Also the esthetician left a lot of oil on my arms. I had to wipe it off with tissue before putting my clothes back on. I don’t know if I’ll be back.

I feel like this is a mediocre spa establishment. There is no transition room. The spa room is basic at best. No essential oils diffusing, light brights upon entering. Waiting area has more of a dermatologist office items for sale

I’ve been to a Tracey before & she’s great. I feel when your laying there with a mask on or Perl it would be nice for them to massage your neck or hands. I go to get a facial to feel pampered. There’s an odd awkwardness just laying there waiting... too might be better.

I wish that massage lotion was a different smell. I know it’s supposed to be unscented, but it has an old stale smell to it. It make me want to shower immediately to get the smell off

The pricing at the location in Brentwood seem higher than any other location I’ve been to. The either do not use my membership or up charge me. What is normally $20 is always $40 at this location. There are limited number of locations around me.
