Next day through no fault of staff , I experience some discomfort. My first time doing the Himalayan salt stone massage. I had bad headache, raised blood pressure,& dehydration. Drank as much water as I could

I was satisfied with the overall massage and professionalism. The only thing that I would like is for the music to be a little louder and the lights to be dimmed more. This makes me feel more relaxed. Although, this is just my personal preference.

I feel as though they pushed to hard to get me to sign up for a membership.

Staff need to be on top of each promotions. Need to explain what product they're using while giving facials. Massage therapist seem to be rush to finish a hour massage. They booked back-to-back without a short break in between.

Estetician could not give a facial wax of upper lip as she said she wasnt trained on thst yet. She was very good though about offering to ask if someone else could do it after my appt. I didnt have time to wait unfortunately. She was very new which was really noticeable in her ability level with extractions and her inability to make suggestions on products or ways to benefit the skin. It was a facial but I love that a small massage is included of arms and neck. She was not very good with the massage pushing on my collar bone repeatedly. I will come back again but make sure I get someone like Tracey who was very good and experienced.

Overall, I enjoyed the experience however after my wax, I had cuts on my face. I'm not sure what created these cuts other than when receiving my wax but it's concerning. I vibe really well with my esthetician but am considering trying another person and I'm hoping that have more availability.

When scheduling appointment, I wasn’t asked nor told the facial services Aesthetician was told by reception I was a member, in fact I was not. I wasn’t given options for facial treatments until almost the end of my facials, which turned out the prices differed, if I had know before my service I might’ve decided to add a treatment. There just wasn’t enough communication overall.

There wasn’t enough time spent on the sore area I could have spoken up more and I’m sure he would have done more. He was new to me so I wanted to see how he does the massage. He was a really nice guy!

First time visit, I was satisfied with services received!
