I have has better spa expierence to me, this is like a fast pace stop which is fine if that's what one is looking for. Theres no real charm and nothing special used in the services unless paying extra

I prefer evening massages; however my preferred therapist gets off everyday at 3:00. So I have to take time off work to get a massage. I really appreciate Traci’s knowledge as an aesthetician, but she spent so much time rubbing and massaging my face (15 minutes) it became annoying. It’s as if she needed to kill time. Again, I like her, but not sure I can go back to her. Also, you charge $40 for a peel add-on, but I don’t get any more time in the chair. So I pay more, but then get a shorter facial. So I don’t get my monies worth for the facial, yet I spent almost double.

I added the foot service to my massage but no extra time was included for the additional service. So I spent more money but my massage was shorter.

The therapist was running a little late.

Therapist was very nice and knowledgeable but hands were a little rough. Super warm and that was nice but still rough

I needed to reschedule, but decided not to when there were no appointments available. The phone receptionist was not very knowledgeable at the time of my call.

Well I wanted my original person that did my facial wasn’t available. Also I have had a major breakout the following morning from my facial.

Appointment felt so quick, not to many areas was touched but what was touched was good. Very relaxing but just to quick and the music was just ok. Very nice workers though.

A product I wanted was out of stock Had trouble using my gift cards.
