Hand and Stone

Hand and Stone was welcoming and relaxing when I walked in. Monica was a friendly, informed estetichian. She shared her knowledge, made me feel safe and then was quiet so I could relax.

My anesthetician was able to provide me with a facial to sustain a healthy lifestyle. I was in need of additional products afterwards and she took the time to retrieve them for me and go over the products usage with me.

I had two massages with Maria last week because I had used points the previous visit and also had a gift card. My health challenges seem to affect my neck area and Maria was able to locate the inflamed places and reduce the pain. I was about 4 minutes late because stressful life situation caused me to misplace my purse. When I arrived the reception desk person was very understanding and reassuring. Zero stress for which I’m very grateful.

When I arrived I was greeted and checked in immediately. After that I only waited about a minute or two before my therapist called me back. My therapist asked if I had any particular concerns or problems and then did an excellent job addressing them during our session. It was relaxing and pleasant from start to finish.

The massage started on time, Victoria asked appropriate questions and followed my responses, and Victoria spent the majority of the time, addressing the areas I requested get the most attention. Victoria was quiet throughout the massage, with the exception of asking if the pressure was appropriate, which is what I am most comfortable with. The facility is clean, cozy, and very relaxing.

Staff and therapist are extremely professional. Atmosphere is relaxing.

Facial waxing has made me less self conscious

The person who scheduled me chose a massage therapist based on my preferences and did a wonderful job matching me. As for the massage, there was nothing I would have wanted to be any different. Chanel made me feel comfortable, communicating what would happen next at each step in the process. Her bodywork is exceptional -- both nourishing and technically. She listened to my requests and incorporated them into the session.

My massage therapist was Bradley. He was very professional and when I discussed my problem areas he knew the exact techniques to relieve the tension. I am very satisfied with my experience and felt very relaxed as Bradley was able to relieve my tension areas. The front receptionists were very welcoming and friendly. The front area was clean and the ambience promoted relaxation. I will definitely return to see Bradley for another massage and I will recommend Hand & Stone to others.
