The staff is wonderful. My massage therapist Sean is so nice and understands what I need and always ask me what he needs to focus on. Great location and always clean and bright, inviting.

Charles is always on time and makes sure I get my full scheduled time. He’s excellent in knowing how to read my body to address any knots or tension I may not have initially thought I had.

The receptionist was polite and responsive right when I walked in the door even though she had a customer on the phone, was able to put them on a brief hold to make sure I was checked in. She notified me that the room was fully customizable which I loved because one thing I hate is to be cold in the room and she made me aware that I can adjust the heated bed and make sure the fan was off in the room. My massage was fantastic...great pressure but also felt very relaxed and I was nice and warm from the heated bed!

The facility and staff are excellent. Have been a member for several years and expect to continue that membership.
