The reception area was clean and nicely decorated. I didn't have to wait long at all. I was offered a beverage. My therapist did an excellent job all around. The area outside of the massage room was very relaxing and had a comfortable chair to sit in for a few minutes post-massage.

Receptionists are all very polite and know the products and services well. The facility is always clean and inviting. I have been a client of my Massage Therapist, Tanya Redding, for several years. Her skills and knowledge are of the highest quality.

Sean listens to any issues I have. He makes me feel comfortable. He is very professional and seems extremely knowledgeable in massages.

I've always enjoyed coming to hand and stone and recently switched locations due to moving. The Durham location is clean and has friendly staff. The masseuse and esthetician paid attention to my needs with care.

My therapist is friendly and always asks about my improvements and present needs. She is knowledgeable about anatomy and explains the areas I ask about while she is working on those specific areas. I leave feeling relaxed.
