Check in was easy and pleasant. My therapist, Justin, was incredibly knowledgeable and explained where my pain was coming from. He even gave me ideas for home exercises that would help.

I was highly satisfied because the therapists and receptionists are always wonderful. However, I only put "satisfied" on some points during the survey since I feel like I sometimes don't get the full 50 minute amount of massage time. I wish the appointments could actually be for a full hour and then you all could have 15 minute breaks in between clients.

My esthetician is recommends services and products to optimize my skin needs. The front desk is very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Scott does a great job addressing my needs. He gives me advice on how to stretch areas of issue. I love that he asks what I need ahead of time.

Tonya is superb. She is an excellent massage therapist and is a dream to work with. Love her!! You are fortunate to have her at your location. I would follow her to the moon and back! Please do what it takes to keep her!

Tonya is amazing. I have been with her enough times that she knows the problem areas and she helps get the knots out. She is wonderful to talk with but quiet when that is needed. I always enjoy being with her.

I was happy with the massage, front desk etc My facial was ok. I upgraded but have no clue what the extra money got me. There was minimal explanation with the service when being provided.

Tonia is fantastic, she is very knowledgeable and makes you comfortable and relaxed.
