Everything about Hand and Stone satisfies my needs. My therapist Samantha is amazing!

Front desk receptionists are ALWAYS pleasant, welcoming, friendly and don't rush the check in&out process. Katie (fairly new) and Chyna (had a few times) are both equally talented. They listen to my preferences and ensure I am comfortable throughout my massage. Great women! Great therapists! I'll continue to schedule w/ them both at Durham, NC location.

I could barely walk for the few days prior to my appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and Bird listened to my needs and worked to alleviate my pain. She has no idea how much she helped me!! I was able to go back to work and have been able to function successfully and with minimal pain following her treatment, and guidance for stretches.

This is a way of practicing self care since I am very busy. It’s a way to help my mind relax and my muscles too. Love that it’s always so peaceful.

Massage therapist was excellent!

Massage therapist was pleasant. Length of session was satisfactory. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

I have issues with migraines from my neck, shoulders and upper back being tight. The massage therapists have been great to help me with these issues and cater my massage to that.

My therapist was good at matching my energy level. The reception staff is friendly. The whole experience is easy, which prevents anxiety reactions.

My esthetician, Reema, is an expert and excellent communicator. The atmosphere is very soothing and calm. Getting a facial with Reema at Hand and Stone is the best self-care.
