Very personal staff and kind. Knowledgeable about the products they use and which works best for certain skin. Would definitely go back for another facial and try out their massages as well as recommend them to others.

Very welcoming atmosphere. Relaxing space to have coffee or tea while waiting for service, my extra time to prepare for service. Vanessa does a wonderful job asking questions on my needs, any trouble spots to work on since last service.

I am a regular at hand and stone, visiting every 2-4 weeks for a facial. Shelly has taught me a great deal about my skin and the products she has recommend are a part of my daily regimen. I am very pleased with the results…my skin looks and feels great!
