Mainly the quality of Emmanuel’s deep tissue pressure and his ability to find problem areas. The staff greets with a smile and there’s water to drink. Bathroom is clean.

Everything is very professional from booking to receptionist welcome, site, and therapist. Have had over 100 massages and these are some of the best therapists. Darla is exceptional. Rather than go to one of the many spas and therapist 1 min from my house, I drive 45 min to Hand and Stone

Always a welcoming atmosphere. The ability and ease to schedule appointments is great. The therapist is amazing and listens to my requests needs. Almost felt like she read my mind during the massage.
