The masseuse offered ideas for how to deal with a foot injury during my massage, which I appreciated. He used the full time allotted for our session and checked in about pressure, etc. He was also very laid back and easy to talk to.

It was a great experience. My facialist listened to my skin concerns and gave great recommendations to address them. The facial was both thorough and efficient!
