My massage therapist is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and always addresses the areas that bother me at the time. I always leave relaxed and feeling much better then before the massage.

The reception area is very inviting and the staff that greeted me were super friendly. My esthetician came out to receive me rather quickly - I didn't have to wait long. The facial was amazing. I loved learning more about how to care for my skin. My esthetician, Marissa, was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Massage Therapists: I have two massage therapists that I see. Each one offers a great experience. Edgar, I consider him as my sports therapist. I see him after an intense training session. Desiree, helps relieves stress and over all tension leaving me with a luxury feeling. Both of them are highly knowledgable regarding anatomy. The ladies at the front are desk are always super friendly and I love it that they remember me each time! Additionally, they are professional with every client they interact with.

Making my appointment with the gift certificate I was given. I gave up using the online app and called in.

Great membership program & very affordable. The check in desk very great & give reminder 1-3 days before the appointment date. The only downside was I made an appointment for an hour long massage, but therapist end up only gave me half an hour massage. This never happened before, please help me solve the problem.
