Masseuse applied the perfect amount of pressure and spent the amount of time needed on my specific pain points to really work out the tightness. Gave me some recommendations in regards to exercises and things I can do to help prevent that tightness in future

I was satisfied with the friendliness and professionalism of the Receptionist and massage therapist. I felt comfortable and relaxed during my massage. The only thing I would have preferred was my massage oil to have been more on the warmer side, but I wasn't sure if that was something I could request and I didn't want to interrupt my session in order to request that. Other than that, I was left extremely satisfied with the care I was given. My massage therapist used the perfect amount of pressure.

The facialists and the facials are very good. Every time I get a massage, which I have not done in awhile, they don't address my problem areas. They always ask what areas need attention and then they do not follow through. I don't get it. Why bother asking.

Always welcoming and warm at reception. Therapist knows her stuff and is friendly. The reception and room os calm and clean. Overall a very zen experience.
