The line outside...Other rude customers every visit...Gotta be a better way to handle the line and rude customers

After purchasing I get all of these ads saying receive a bangle with purchase. I never was offered

They had just the right amount of people in store, everyone was nice for the most part and the store seems very clean! Sooo no complaints I got the pendant I have been looking for, so I had a good time

THE SERVICE AND QUALITY WAS GREAT, I FEEL AS A REPEAT CUSTOMER PANDORA SHUD OFFER SALES AND COUPONS TO CUSTOMERS WHO REPEAT BUY & VISIT!

Had to wait outside in the cold for a lil while it was cold and damp

Customer service was excellent.

There was a 15 max occupancy, but they had you wait outside because it was one group per associate. Well they only had two associates and 5 people in the store. It was freezing outside.

I experienced an issue at the Jared outlet and I had to call corporate to help resolve it because it seemed as if the salesperson did not want to help me and the bead that I was going to buy mysteriously disappeared, but corporate quickly resolved the issue.

I know that the pandemic is here. Need more sales associates to be available. Standing out in the cold is not fun. The sales associate was wonderful; however only two associates were working and the sign read 13 people could be in store at any given time, when waiting in line there were only 4/5 at any given time.

Size I needed not in stock and had to travel to another city to look for the size I needed. Associate was patient with me but moves slow. Only two people helping at first when it was three associates in the store.
