Upon entering, we were told by a gentleman that someone would be right with us. While waiting for a salesperson, we looked through the catalog in search for charms. About 10-15 minutes passed and no one approached us or asked if we needed assistance. 2 customers came in after us and were helped immediately so I was a bit confused as to why we weren’t helped with the same urgency.

The wait was for 13 person limit. The store was only doing 6 people at a time

One of my Pandora bracelets broke and it was a gift to me 5 months ago and was not able to get a replacement or a fix, they said because the bracelet was brought while on sale! So I had to purchase another bracelet to for my charms.

There’s always room for improvement!

I was not able to walk around and look at the products. I was told where to go stand and they brought over a couple trays of rings for me to view. It took a while because they weren’t very accessible. Also the sales person that helped me was friendly and patient but I guess it was a supervisor that was there, she was not very friendly. She had long hair with braids, I didn’t see any name tags on either 3 that were there.

The service was regular service.

There was an associate...I believe a Manager that suggested that my husband and I move over for another customer. Remind you we were being helped first and I was picking out charms. Will never return again

Well I know that it’s just the world that we are in right now and it’s new for me I never had to wait 45 minutes to go inside and shop it was annoying but it was for my granddaughter.

The employe seemed to be annoyed. She looked like she had an attitude with us.other than that I had a pretty good experience.
