I am huge on customer service. I just find that the manager does not make you feel welcomed as you walk in the store. She comes across very cold and that she does not want to be bothered. HOWEVER, as she assists you she warms up more and more. By the end she is so pleasant and beautiful. It’s just the beginning part that is tough to get through.

This Pandora store was okay, it just didn’t have a lot of charms to choose from. Then the charms they did have a lot was kinda expensive for a outlet. I would go back but only if there is a sale, and because I really liked the sales reps that help me out.

It was a little hard to move in the store due to COVID 19 but I understand. Some customers didn’t understand social distancing. Overall it was still a nice visit.
