Pandora Jewelry

The sales rep was decent. The store was very clean. The prices were just right.

Due to the covid19, they had limited of things displayed but the sales associate was very nice and assisted us in showing whatever we wanted to see.

The first time I walked in the store with my baby in a stroller I did not like how the young black girl let me get all the way in the store as I’m looking at jewelry she asks me am I with 2 white gentlemen and I say No, so she asks me to leave the store because of the number of people in the store at a time. I returned back and she was as friendly as can be. She lucky I didn’t say nothing to her when I returned.

Upon entry into the store they were very nice, gentle with the merchandise and they were practicing Social distancing. I was greeted with a hello and a smile and everyone was helpful.

The store did not have the product , in store, that was advertised on line. Associate not able to tell me where to purchase.

I like pandora for Everything. The charms are so beautiful and exclusive. I would like buy everything and sent to my all family. You should be have more discount and sales.

Upon entering the store there were no customers inside. There were 3 associates in the store at the time and none of them greeted us. As we began to look around no one offered to help or show us any merchandise. I finally had to ask an associate if someone could show us some items. The associate came over but never showed any urgency or enthusiasm to assist us. I was shopping with my best friend that happens to be a disabled veteran and we were looking for charms associated with the Army and/or more patriotic charms. We asked the associate about several possibilities of difference charms or location type charms (ex. NC or Orlando, etc.) but her response was generally "no we don't have that. It is ok not to have anything but she never seemed to offer any suggestions either. I did find a couple of charms that I wanted to purchase and I told her that I had a couple of gifts to use. She immediately stopped and threw up her hand and said "if they are blue gift cards we don't take those". I was stunned but fortunately for me they both were pink! Never the less I am trying to finish out my current bracelet before starting my next one and therefore I will continue to shop for 5 charms!

The sales associate didn't know how to arrange my beads on my bracelet. Plus, she was a afraid to touch me. I told I dont bite.

Location convenient, clearance sale prices, good selections
