I had a good experience. Associate was friendly and helpful A great visit

The gal the assisted me was real nice and helpful but the waiting around before I could be helped was long and I have health issues that I can not stand for very long in one place so it made me very uncomfortable that there was not seating available when you have to wait.

Outlet store so selection was limited but to be expected. Only 2 associates available to wait time was longer

Items I wanted was not on sale

On retired brackets small sizes were available not your average sizes

There’s was not enough room in the store.It was hard to move around.Also there were not many new products almost all were the same from the time before.One thing that I did not like was having to keep asking the prices of the charms cause they were not labeled I could tell I was being annoying but things may look pretty but only till a certain price point.

My first time buying a different piece of jewelry other than a necklace or ring so I really didn’t know what to look for at the time but great customer service and very happy with the prices

When I first arrived there was one associate that was visible. She did not greet me. Although she was assisting another customer she did not acknowledge my presence at all. It was at least 7 minutes later that Diana came out and addressed me and assisted me.

Did not found some items in my size and did not find the charms I went to buy...
