Pandora Jewelry

Visited the pandora store in the tanger outlet in mebane. purchased a mother/ son charm for my bracelet. The associate was helpful and quick and changed my email address.

The store was not very busy (only 3 or 4 patrons) and there were two sales associates on the floor. While I waited, several other employees came from the back room, but never offered to help and just went back into the back room. Purchases at Pandora can take a long time, and I waited over 15 minutes just to get a quick charm. It would have been nice if one of the employees in the back could have helped out. Two people left while I was waiting because they were tired of waiting so long.

I visited the store to purchase some of the Pandora Shine collection. I was told that the stores do not carry the Shine collection and that it is only available online. Unfortunately, I like to try on jewelry before I buy it, so I was upset that I was unable to find it in store.

Did not have merchandise I was looking for or anything that could be substituted for it

The sales associate was extremely nice and helpful. Smallish store. Just passing through this town so will not be returning anytime soon.

The associate wasn't the friendliest until she realized I was going to make a purchase

Store temperature was too hot. The associate was friendly, but she could have offered suggestions when I stated I needed to start a new bracelet.

The sales associate seemed to be either in a rush. She didn’t really seem to take regards or time to show me what I wanted to see. I felt like I was being a bother to her.

Pricing. I visited a Pandora near Charleston, SC and it was the best. It had every price displayed on every single charm and then I could determine the price I’d pay based on the percentage off. I should not need a sales associate to tell me a price for everything I look at. You could also employ the “cheat sheet” concept similar to Coach. I tell you the original price and then what the price would be with the 30%, 40%, etc. off. When your store is busy, it is annoying to have to wait for someone to help you just know the price.
