They had what I wanted. The price was great.

The sales associate identified my desires and was able to locate charms that fit my budget. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to fulfill my needs. This was an unplanned visit (I happened to be at the shopping center) and I had not planned to purchase any charms. But when I identified my issue (my spacer charms had loosened to the point they slid too easily) she quickly presented me with several charms that would work, however, they were pricier than I had hoped. She scoured the sales rack and was able to find me two spacer charms that were on sale for a wonderful price. That she wasn't intent on selling me the higher price charms, but rather spent time looking for something cheaper struck a deep chord with me. Much appreciated and next time I purchase a full price item, I won't even bat an eye because of this experience. From my receipt: Employee #:222603 Employee Name:Afia. In addition to helping me with the charms, she took note of my current charms and said "you're a traveler! Have you seen our travel charms?" and showed me several charms in that display case. Can't say enough!
