Was not Highly satisfied the selection of 14K gold was limited.

This was my first time visiting and purchasing from pandora. My sales associate Katelynn was so nice and patient with me as I didn't know what I wanted. She helped me by showing different bracelets to the different charms to go with it. She didn't pressure me into buying but recommended different styles along the way to help pick out my perfect bracelet!

The new team member, Nicole, was awesome. She shared that she was in training but she was very knowledgeable. What she didn’t know, she was comfortable with asking her trainer. Nicole is definitely in her element with customer service. Her jovial and lively demeanor is what all face to face companies need. I will be sure to stop by the store when I’m in the area again, just to say hi and hear that laugh!

I was able to find a charm with a paw print that was supposed to be sold out! The associate was very knowledgeable about the product. The wait time is horrible and wish to hear more acknowledgement while waiting.
