I previously went to the store in Southpoint mall and received horrible service. It was so bad that I felt obligated to come to this location and the associates helped me so much!

The sales lady was very knowledgeable. She was very nice. She also was a happy person to work with.

It was a sad reason that lead me to Pandora. I need a custom made charm with a birth date and a death date💔 of a soul sister that passed on Thursday late night. St the age of 50. I knew they engraved because sadly other close friends just had them MADE. Just wanted info. On the charms. And ended up buying a necklace and it wasn't the length I needed but we added the Free🙌 bracelet to it. And bammmmm right next to my heart where I wanted it. Pandora please consider doing Ash charms. I'm ordering mine from Amazon it's a Pandora style 🌻 charm that holds Ashe's. I sure would Love to have the opportunity to but that from Pandora..thank you ❤️‍🩹💝

I am not sure what the young ladies name was but she was great! I shared how I lost my last bracelet and she tired to help me replace most of the lost ones that were still available! She was very helpful and super friendly!

I could look at charms in person versus on line. Sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. Store was just to small and crowded.

When I was finally waited on, the lady was very helpful and nice but the other asst should had called on help before o had to wait over 15 minutes in line!

They had exactly what I was looking for. The ladies there were very open to help and were patient. The let me try on everything

Michaela Lead Salesperson was excellent and very polite. Also the other young ladies too. The environment makes you wanna come in and purchase more stuff. She just took her time with me and I needed that it was my first bracelet.
